Metasil is a highly reactive metakaolin powder produced by the controlled calcination of purified kaolin clay at approximately 750°C.
This process transforms natural kaolin into a fine, amorphous aluminosilicate with outstanding pozzolanic properties, ideal for modern, high-performance cementitious systems.
At Stikloporas, we produce Metasil using residual heat generated during our expanded glass manufacturing process.
